The core facitliy of the MTZ organizes the next seminar within their image processing series at the MTZ in Dresden.
Dr. Keil from the company microDimensions will present their 3D reconstruction software Voloom. The software allows you to recompose images from sliced tissues or organs to a 3D-model. It works for histological and fluorescence images as well. That method could be interesting for a lot of people here on the campus especially for all of you who use the slidescanner at BIOTEC/CTRD.
