BioDIP as one of the German BioImaging microscopy centers participates in WDR
"Maus Türöffner-Tag". We open the door of the Max Planck Institut for Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics and invite children to get introduced to light microscopy and the world of very small objects, cells and organisms.
We will have two groups:
- Elementary school kids who may bring their own items of interest to investigate under a stereo microscope and
- Kids older than 10 who will be introduced to light sheet microscopy
