The Biopolis Dresden Imaging Platform (BioDIP) is a multi-institutional network of core light- and electron microscopy facilities belonging to five research institutions: Center for Regenerative Therapies (CRTD), Biotechnology Center of the TU-Dresden (BIOTEC), Max Planck Institute for Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics (MPI-CBG), Medical Theoretical Center of the Medical Faculty of the TU-Dresden (MTZ) and the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) within the Helmholtz Association. Logos of institutions involved into the BioDIP.

Mission

The BioDIP is a network of core facilities providing open access to Advanced Microscopy Systems and Image Processing. We do serve internal as well as external users. The goal of this network is to join our forces and to bring our knowledge and equipment closer together. This Wiki serves as the central resource for all necessary information regarding our network. Here you can find the appropriate teaching material for our courses, search for a microscope of interest and find links to useful external resources. In case that you wish to run imaging project using one of our facilities, please contact directly the facility of your interest. Please use the contact form to get in touch with us!

News

The Euro-BioImaging logo is displayed.

BioDIP did express its interest to become a General Access Node for advanced microscopy within the Euro-BioImaging network. Find more information about the 1st Open Call for Nodes here: [1].

BioDIP is a Euro-BioImaging Proof-of-Concept site. Find more information at www.eurobioimaging.eu

BioDIP is a member of German Bioimaging project. Find more information at www.germanbioimaging.org
