[edit] Overview
Fiji - Fiji is just imageJ (batteries included). An easily self updatable, and installable distrubution of imageJ with built in scripting, plugins and other cool stuff. A lot of analysis can be done using Fiji/ImageJ, i.e. Colocalization.
