ImageJ: colocalization analysis with automated threshold

Microscopy-related features

ImageJ core already supports a couple of microscopy-specific file formats such as Zeiss lsm. Far more support can be added by installing Bio-Formats.

A lot of analysis can be done using ImageJ, i.e. Colocalization.
