We will have a demo by ANDOR, NIKON and possibly Acal BFI of three microscope systems at the CRTD from 26.-28. November:
1. CSU X1 spinning disc optimized for fast 3D dual channel imaging and manipulation (FRAPPA)
-may be additionally equipped with NIKON TIRF
-may be additionally equipped with Acal BFI FLIM (would work for SD, TIRF and WF)
-please have a look at the PDF regarding FLIM
2. CSU W1 spinning disc system (fast 3d imaging of large samples)
3. Andor revolution DSD structured illumination system (like VivaTome but 4 colors)

The LMF BIOTEC/CRTD will host a demo of three spinning disc systems dedicated to
- fast confocal live cell imaging with photo manipulation and TIRF (CSU-X)
- fast large field of view confocal imaging (CSU-W, e.g. for 3d mosaic imaging of large specimen)
- white light structured illumination/spinning disc system for confocal fixed sample imaging (DSD)

You are very welcome to test the instruments with your own specimen! Please get in touch with us via email for reserving a demo slot.
