During the movie, the diameter of the confocal pinhole changes from fully open to 1 Airy Unit. One can see the contrast enhancement in X-Y direction as well as the change in the point spread function, once the pinhole is closed.<br>The beads were acquired with a Leica TCS SP5 and processed with Improvision Volocity Visualization.
