"To pay or not to pay"

  • Users can delete their booking until 24h before the respective slot starts , without getting charged for it.
  • If users decide that they can't take an already booked slot only up to 24 hours before that slot starts, they can merely CANCEL it ... which means their slot disappears out of the database, but the user would still get charged for it.
  • The only chance to avoid having to pay for a not used slot: the SIFFY procedure.
