"To pay or not to pay" and "Late Cancel and Switch Off System Responsibility"

  • Users can delete their booking until 24h before the respective slot starts , without getting charged for it.
  • If users decide that they can't take an already booked slot only up to 24 hours before that slot starts, they can merely CANCEL it ... which means their slot disappears out of the database, but the user would still get charged for it.
  • The only chance to avoid having to pay for a not used slot: the SIFFY procedure.
  • Important: if the offered slot was the last of the day and it gets canceled within 24 hours of the slot starting (ie.: at a time when the previous user has little no chance to know there has been a late cancellation), it is STILL the responsibility of the user who booked the slot originally to switch off the system, if no one else takes it!!!
