"To pay or not to pay"

  • Users can delete their booking until 24h before the respective slot starts , without getting charged for it.
  • If users decide that they can't take an already booked slot only up to 24 hours before that slot starts, they are not allowed to CANCEL it ... although the bookingsystem allows that.
  • To avoid having to pay for a not used slot: the SIFFY procedure.
