24h rule

- Users can delete their booking until 24h before the respective slot starts , without getting charged for it.

- if they decide that they can't take an already booked slot only up to 24 hours before that slot starts, they can merely CANCEL it ... which means they disappear out of the database, but would still get charged for it. Unless another user takes the slot.
