At The End Of Each Imaging Session
Users are supposed to check in the booking database if they are the last user of the day or not.
Last User
- If you are the last user of the day, it is your responsibility to switch the system off completely, including all hardware components.
--> please refer to the Startup & Shutdown manuals that are linked from each equipment page
- Failing to switch the systems off properly will have consequences
Not Last User
If there are still other users going to use the system that same day, and there is no more than 4 hours unbooked time in between, then the user is just supposed to close the software (but that properly, especially on the Zeiss 510's) and log off the windows (or linux) account.
