how to to do a proper tile scan using multi-time module
- set up imaging conditions
- save scan configuration
- generate database file for the tile scan
- open multi-time > multiple locations
- define configuration > load configuration
- a) edit locations > tile mark corners > overlap 20% > create tile locations
- b) edit locations > tile > define tile numbers > overlap 20% > create tile locations
- start time
- wait for acquisition and saving
- select resulting window All_(filename)_Sum
- tile utilities > correlate > correlation range 3 um
- wait for correlation
- save the result
