... users are supposed to check in the booking database if they are the last user of the day or not.
Last User
- It is the responsibility of the last user of the day to switch the system off completely, including all hardware components and to check that all objectives are clean.
--> for that, the user might want to refer to the Startup & Shutdown manuals that are linked from each equipment page
- Failing to switch the systems off properly will have consequences
Not Last User
If there are still other users going to use the system that same day, and there is no more than 2 hours unbooked time in between, then the user is just supposed to close the software and log off the windows account.
