DZNE - 24h rule

- Users can delete their booking until 24h before the respective slot starts , without any responsibilities and without getting charged for it.
- If users decide that they can't take an already booked slot only up to 24 hours before that slot starts, they are still responsible for the system (eg. switching it off, paying the charge)
- To avoid beeing responsible for the system during the booked time and to be a nice colleague: use the SIFFY procedure.
