ML1 - Leica 2photon in-vivo (Leica)
Multiphoton Laser Scanning Microscope equipped with an 8kHz resonant / galvo tandem scanner. Multiphoton excitation is possible by two pulsed NIR laser lines: one tunable from 680nm-1300nm, one fixed at 1040nm, and detected by four non-descanned detectors (two HyDs and two PMTs). It can also be used as a single photon confocal system with five spectral detectors (four HyDs and one PMT).
