Biotec-24h rule

- Users can delete their booking until 24h before the respective slot starts , without getting charged for it.
- If users decide that they can't take an already booked slot only up to 24 hours before that slot starts, they are not allowed to CANCEL it ... although the booking system allows that.
- To avoid beeing responsible for the system during the booked time and to be a nice colleague: the Biotec-SIFFY procedure.
