The mission of the Light Microscopy Facility (LMF) is to provide access to state-of-the-art light microscopy techniques and instruments along with a vision towards future trends. We assist through consultation, training and project collaborations.

The LMF is open to everybody who is interested to use our service. All users are asked to contact the LMF team first and describe their imaging project. After an introduction to the facility, users can book instruments and assistance via the LMF booking database.

In the field of image analysis LMF closely cooperates with the Image Processing Facility.
