Resources

Typically BioDIP facilities do not conduct research projects by themselves however their support, e.g. by providing imaging infrastructure is often essential for publishing scientific work. References are therefore really important as they are one mean to prove the impact of the facilities.
Since the initial cooperation of BioDIP facilities in 2008, all published scientific work employing BioDIP equipment and service has been recorded. Currently, the record comprises more than 600 published articles in the scientific fields of cell biology, developmental biology, medical biology, neurobiology, biophysics, imaging technology development, biomaterials, plant biology and image processing.

In this section you can search a collection of papers employing BioDIP equipment and services. Further you will find some literature on different topics in light microscopy, electron microscopy and image processing & analysis.

Advise on the correct acknowledgment you can find here.

Some Numbers
